Bought my first zero turn mower yesterday.
Decided on the Z254F mostly due to the price, plus the Kawasaki engine.
However, my mower wants to track to the left and so far I've been unable to adjust it to go straight.
The rear tires are both at the same pressure so that is not the problem.
The adjustment procedure in the manual doesn't seem to work and I wonder if it really is for the Z254F model.
The rubber boots at the bottom of the steering levers shows a rabbit/turtle symbol to make it faster or slower for each side.
The rubber boot has a hole which a person would assume is for access by a screw driver, but that is not the case.
Instead you need to remove the rubber boot and use a 1/2" spocket on a nut which seems to me to do nothing other than secure the control lever.

Has anyone on this group successfully adjusted the tracking on a Z254F?

no ZTR with individual pump & motor tracks true ( for long ) on anything other than the bitumen car park of the mower shop where you did the test drive.
The better ones have proper adjustments
The cheaper ones ( why did you buy it ?) don't
If it is chronic take it back, otherwise get used to it .
