Your engine might be running rich, looking at the carbon deposits on that plug. Are the deposits oily? It doesn't look like it from the pic, but I can't tell.

It does look to be on the rich side. How does the air filter look?

OK! The lighting might be weird. If it's a lightish brown hue, that's normal. If you haven't noticed smelly exhaust, you're probably fine. If it's anything, it looks like some slight carbon depositing. As Austen suggests, you might check your air filter and make sure it's not restricted.

the air filter had some bits of leaves in it.

Nothing major, did have some bits of leaves in the air filter casing.

I think you're all right then. Tan deposits are normal, especially after lots of runtime. If that's what you've got, I wouldn't worry about it.
