Howdy from Florida. Tug here, proud owner of a 2001 Widebody LT with a 12.5 Briggs. No deck, no blades and no brakes, which is why I'm here.
Welcome to MLMF, tug!

My suggestion would be to post some want ads around for the parts that you are looking for, particularly on Craigslist for example.

Good luck with the search and keep us updated!:)

Here's some photos of my 1986 8HP 30" Murray rear engine rider. I purchased it new in Jan. of 1987 and have used it approximately 1,500 times to mow my lawn. It's been garaged kept, waxed, and maintained by me. It's been a great little rider, but I decided to purchase a new Snapper RE110 last month. I think the 30" Murray does a better job cutting my Floratam sod.
I took these pictures last week...I'll hate to see it go!

Man, that's a beauty, and big block to boot. Brands Hatch Green '71?
My MIL had '74 convertible (was an auto though) when I was dating my now wife. Think that was the first year they wrapped the butt and nose in urethane covers. I like the chrome bumpers better.
I bet you can't take that anywhere without people stopping to ask you about it
