Hello, new to the forum but looking forward to it!
Hi! I have a Craftsman DLT3000 917274822. I've had it for about 6 years, plowed with it the first 2 years and now have a snow blower. It did a good job in the snow but just can't handle the deeper stuff. I just put a new set of blades on it and am looking for the mulching kit to try that out.

Hello, I have a GT18 Model 917.255930 I just fixed into a pull tractor from a second one with Model 917.255914 and have lots of extra parts....

Hello I have an old Sears LT10 36 that I am rebuilding now, hope to get some good info as I am new to this site and this will be my first rebuild of an old lawnmower.

Just came over from MTF, and am buying a 1964 or 1965 craftsman riding mower, so I came to have fun here too. I'll be in both forums.

Craftsman 2012 CTX9000 42inch
I have a Craftsman CTX9000 42" which is built by Murray. It was a pain in the neck to find documentation about the tractor from Sears. Some of the Sears folks told me it is a Simplicity model while others couldn't even guess. I only recently found that it has a corresponding Murray part number (2691085-00 ) so at least now I can get the right blades which even at the Sears store I could not get a decent result. Overall I have been happy with the tractor but things seem to break that shouldn't. Last year the Upper Seat Deck had to be replaced when the spots where the the seat mounts cracked and the seat became insecure. Luckily that was under warranty. Also the the cruise control pedal linkage broke within the first season I owned the tractor. I never did get that fixed because at least in my yard cruise was not so important.
One thing seems weird about these tractors, they all seem to be sold through the Sears outlets not the main stores, maybe there is a back story to that? The guy who replaced the Seat deck said it is a solid machine and was surprised that the seat mount points cracked the way they did.
