Troy-Bilt Pony Issue

Maybe someone out there can help with my newest problem. Cannot move this thing. Starts up fine, put in gear, then stalls when clutch/brake is released. I am guessing either the brake locked up, or something with one of the switches. Cannot move it either when not running, even though it is in neutral. This is a 2005 Pony 779, 42" deck with a 17.5 hp B&S eng. I have had many, many problems since day 1. Looks nice though.
