Toro TimeCutter HD Shutting Down

I've got a Toro TimeCutter HD MyRide 60" mower that is shutting down randomly. Not sputtering down but seems to shut off right away. It's got a new battery and the safety switch under the seat has been taken out of play. Any suggestions? Doesn't seem like a carb issue as it dies right away and it's not acting like its being limited on fuel.

Does it start right back up? Does it do it only when the blades are on? Could be a bad safety switch or a wire is pinched and shorting out. Any repairs just made?

Starts back up, think it’s only when blades are on. Just changed battery, fuel filter, oil and filter, sparks. Also shorted the pressure switch for the seat to take that out of the possibilities. New carb is around 200, rebuild kit around 50. Half tempted to just swap out the carb and hope that works.
It just dieing, and especially with blades on, doesn't sound like a fuel\carb issue. It could be a deck issue such as a idler pulley locking up. After it dies, carefully feel each of the idlers. One or more may be hot. This would indicate bad idler bearings. Same could be true for the spindle bearings. Fuel starvation usually causes the engine to stumble before dieing.
