So my toro personal pace lawnmower was running fine at the beginning of the spring and I changed the oil and spark plug, got a new air filter fresh gas and everything. Ran fine until lately it's been hard to start when it's cold and I cleaned out the carb and everything but it still has trouble I can't seem to figure it out it may be that there's something wrong with the primer bulb and it's not getting enough gas I'm not sure. Please help someone because I do a few different lawns and I need it to run right in order to keep up with everything. Oh and also I noticed the gasket for the bowl on the carb has a tear in it not sure if this could be another issue

How does it sound when you try to prime the engine? Does is seem to be pushing fuel or just air? If it isn't pushing fuel that is more than likely the problem. Would be a good idea to change the bowl gasket, too, as it may be pushing air out there instead of fuel into the engine. Stay in touch and let us know how it turns out.
