Ok so I have a toro personal pace with a techuseme engine and it had trouble starting cold but once it was running it was fine. So I took the carburetor off and cleaned it out then put it back on hooking the governor rod back up the same way. Lawnmower started first pull cold but now it has a really low idle and I didn't touch the screw at all for the idle speed and it just has no power and i can't figure out why. Please help!!!
