throwing belt

I have a scotts s1642. Just bought it, used. Replaced blade engage pully and belt. It is throwing the belt and cutting it. One of the idler pullies is at a angle. Think that it should be? Think maybe the engage pully arm bushing? Wondering if someone has had this trouble?

Sometimes the belt runs at a bit of an angle to some pulleys and idlers. How much of an angle depending on the height at which you have the deck set to cut. Might want to also check and make sure none of the idlers or pulleys have bearings going bad or for the belt being on the wrong side of one of the belt guides.
