I have a murray mower with a tecumseh engine It runs way to fast when started and speeds what can i do to try and slow it down the throttle cable is off and when i move the lever it does nothing.Is there a governer adjustment.Where can i get drive belt online cheap?With cheap shipping anybody know thanks alot in advance Alan.
