I need to know where on the mower I can find the model & serial #s. Also a web site that I can download a owner manual.

I think you'll find the serial number on the frame on the right side if you're viewing from the front. Just look for a rectangular plate; I know some tractors have it in very hard-to-find locations, but if I'm not mistaken, your Regent should have the plate at the location I mentioned above. If you can't find it there, look under the seat or on the body just above the hitch on the rear. Hope you can find it!

The O/M showed the place for model #. It is on left side instead of Right.
