How do you adjust a variable speed pulley on a cruisematic white LT15, Model No. 13A2682F190?
I tried freeing up the variable speed pulley - Now it works from 5-8 speed, but not lower speeds (1-5).???????

Is it possible that it has 2 adjustable pulleys? One is working and the other isn't?
