PTO will not disengage
I'm back with another problem. My PTO will not disengage --- it is always running. The manual I have portrays a different configuration that the way it is on my tractor (Model 987061: Ser# 006171709).
I have adjusted the "ON" lever to what I suppose is the correct clearance to the faceplate on the control panel. It does not seem to fully advance to the "ON" position when I try to move the transmission lever manually.
Sure hope I do not have to disassemble the tranny again!
