Toro GTS-5 Model # 20622. Serial #85*****.
I've read the manual with no luck. Maybe I'm missing something.
Just can't figure it out. I hope someone out there knows what I am talking about. It has a three position control bar that I've never used before. I've checked out the latches and springs that it activates and they look good to my 45 year old experienced eye. I refuse to tell my customer that I don't know the problem. :bag:

I think I've got a Toro out in my garage with the same sort of set up. Took me a while to figure it out too. I finally found out you have to push the handle all the way down until you hear and feel a click, then put it back up. It releases when it gets to a certain point when you let go of it, then you have to start the process all over again.

Nothing happens as far as blade engagement. I hear some clicks and everything inside the assy. looks right. do you know how to adjust the cable and belt for the blade drive?
