Can not find any solid information on this mower. No tags or numbers on the motor or deck. I am new to this sight and would appreciate any help. Even shots in the dark are appreciated at this point as I have nothing to go on. Thank you.

Unfortunately I don't have a clue what it is. I've seen a number of three wheel riders posted in the past on the net but don't recall one specifically like yours.
