I'm a new member - I tried to do what should be an easy replacement on my 1979 Lawn Boy 7229, except I don't know what I'm doing, so I wound up pulling out the wires that go from the on/off switch to *somewhere*, but I don't know where *somewhere* is! I'll post a question in the proper forum once I find it.
It's even kind of a "stupid" question, except that I've been looking online for the past two days and cannot find anything that helps me.
So, I'm Janice, I don't have the money to have someone else fix stuff for me, so I try to do what I can - and sometimes can't! - to fix stuff that I have. I usually wind up doing something that someone who knows anything about the equipment wouldn't do, but after I get frustrated and cuss a lot, at least I've learned something!
