I have .247 acres of land (less than 1/3 acre) to cut and it's all weed with very little grass until it's replanted later this year. I need an electric mower with exchangeable batteries, self propelled, that will comfortably fit a 6'2'' person. I really would like one that also can use a cord but the only one that I have found is a Remington and since they are out of business I don't want to chance buying one. Enough power to cut the whole yard without changing batteries would be really nice. I definitely don't want to use a gas mower. Can anyone help with some suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the group. Gosh, I'm not that familiar with electric mowers. I know my neighbor up the street has a Black and Decker rechargeable, and it's so quiet you actually have to see him mowing with it to know he's using it. Lady across the street has a corded Black and Decker. Pretty quiet too, but it obviously takes more concentration to use to avoid the cord.
