Was strange working by myself. Dad fell on our bike ride vacation and injured his right knee. Turned out to be a Bursitis injury requiring surgery. He had it Thursday. He is recouping as well as can be expected from a work a holic! He walked over to garage once, I had to escort him back! :) :dunno:
At least I got a lot done! Made sure to pass by window so he could "stupervise" :sidelaugh

I have had days where I wake up early... Get tons of stuff I had backed up on lists done about noon...

And then realize I have nothing to do...... ..... .....

Hmmm.. I should rebush the wheels on my Lawn Boy!

You'll have to setup a cheapo garage camera in the interim so he can keep an eye on you from the house. Probably the only way you might get him to stay put until he heals up. :ROFL

LOL Fat chance! He toddled over twice today! He wanted to check out the pressure washer from neighbor. I was given it and tried it out, only thing wrong is dirty carb! Runs on choke. He caught me washing his car! He did not see me vacuum and detail interior! ;)

Eric, I hope your Pop recovers quickly. I completely understand the frustration of having to sit still and not do anything when you know there is a hundred things that need to get done :(

The thing I hate about any kind of sickness more than the actual symptoms themselves is the boredom... For someone like me.. You can only sit watching TV or computer for so long before you go insane...

Thanks guys, he is bored! I guess he is toddling along outside a little. The area is in a heat wave right now, helps keep him inside! I know I thank God for a worktruck with A/C!

I hate to hear that about your Dad. I know how it feels, I had the surgery on the left knee in 2007, a week before the 4th of July I walked into my shop at home, eye to eye with the tallest meanest raccoon I ever saw. I go to the hospital Friday morning for a MRI, to see what we need to do with the left knee again. lol, the first two weeks of retirement has not been to exciting. Not complaining, Im in good shape compared to some folkes that I know. :^: for your Dad.:^:
