My Deere in action.

Heading east in the 2 acre field

would you believe this was mowed a week ago.

the grass is tall and thick and very wet, it did not slow me down at all though

this shot shows how tall the grass is,

I would of took a picture of the finish product but it started to rain:mad:

You are welcome, tomorrow when it dries out I am going to pull the deck and clean the grass out from underneath.

How hard is it to pull the deck on it? I've heard its a pain and hard to do.

It is pretty easy on this one, just make sure to do it on concrete or pavement. The guide wheels on the deck turn 90 degrees to help pull the deck out. Next there is four pins that hold the deck on, two at the front and two at the back. You pull those and the belt the deck slides right out. Now lifting this thing that's the hard part because this thing is heavy.

Mine you have to drag out from the side as the wheels don't rotate. Yours sounds easier than my Bolens! Mine is really heavy too so I know what you mean!

Yea the deck on my sears and 990, is really, hard because they don't have wheels. The one on the John Deere weights about 150lbs, so don't drop it on your foot.

Sorry about not getting back to you sooner. I try to mow weekly but usually every 10 days depending on how much rain we get. And this places looks better in person.
