I have a Lt 1000 19.5 HP, changed the fuel line, fuel filter even the fuel, cleaned the spark plugs, will turn over but won't stay idle. See fuel going to the carburator just won't stayb started. Is there something or somewhere else I need to look?

It sounds like you've already ruled a lot of things out. I would suspect that the carburetor may be clogged somewhere. I would pull it apart and clean it.
