McCulloch M11577RB HELP!

We havent had this long and when the man delivered it (ex-display) it didnt seem right. Didnt steer very well and seems like the tracking for the wheels are out but i cant see how it can be adjusted?

As you can see here, the steering wheel is totally straight but the wheels arent:

I'd call the dealer and have a chat with them about it.
I wonder if there isn't a tie rod between the 2 that can be adjusted. Can you get a photo of the underside?

Wonder if it was dropped and bent?
Ive looked at the tie rods and nothing can be adjusted. And just looked closer, then the front axle pivots, it will only pivot the right wheel, the left wheel wont move as it looks like its bend and pushing tight against metal work stopping it from moving. Think its a call to the dealer as clearly its not meant to be like that. Thanks.

Definitely call the dealer and if don't want to help look up a customer service number for the manufacture. It should have a year warranty I would think. They normally run a few degrees toe-in for stable steering. Here's what MTD has to say about their models:
