It would be more money, but for three acres and hills, I would go with a garden tractor such as an X series Deere over a box store unit. Not that there is anything wrong with one of the lower end models, but from what you describe, a heavier duty unit will definitely hold up better in the long run. Finding one used such as on Craigslist may be an option too.

The 48"-54" deck range is pretty standard on the larger model machines. In fact you can go all the way up to 60" on some models.

The quality of the models that you listed are all pretty comparable to each other. I would look at each one closely, compare the specs and read some reviews before purchasing.

If you haven't bought your new mower yet I would suggest you would save yourself a whole bunch of time, money and heartache by looking at a pro-commercial mower instead of the typical box store homeowner mower. I have had 13 different riding mowers, using them under similar circumstances as yours. 2 years ago I popped for a commercial mower and it is the smartest thing I have ever done. Gravely, Dixon, Toro, Snapper, all have reasonably priced professional mowers. My personal favorite is my Kubota ZD-221, expensive acquisition costs but maintenance is nothing and it will last the rest of my life. It is built like a tank.
