This beast has a cable sheath between the left rear wheel and the area of the carburetor.
I wonder what its purpose is ?
There is an adjustment control for the tension of the governor spring.
How does this work ?
The sliding "control" is intriguing.
The governor spring tension must be extremely precise.
The jets and the needle/seat seem to be OK, but the float is disgustingly filthy - seems as if the bacteria in the fuel has attacked it...I think that cleaning may make it worse..
