After engine is at operating temp and blades are running and towing a leaf box there are a lot of air bubbles in the transparent fuel line coming out of the fuel pump and that line goes into the carb. And then the engine stalls and is hard to restart unless i pull the choke out but then starts and stalls again. This engine has a mechanical fuel pump which i dont know how test.

:help: THANK YOU G.MAN

KOHLER K341S air bubbles in fuel line

I ran the engine with the fuel cap off and it did the same thing.I rebuilt the carb, removed fuel tank and cleaned it,and replaced all fuel lines and new gas filter and it still does the same thing. :help:

More than likely you have a bad magneto, not fuel related. You forget there is a float in your carb. That gas isn't instantly used. You can test pump by pulling line off and running it into pail. See how fast/volume of flow. Your description of issue in your three posts sounds like heat related failure of magneto.
