JD L110 hood came off

So it was my fault and now I have to fix it. I rode my little mower into some limbs and the hood ripped off. The metal slides on the frame are bent. Any ideas how to straighten them out.

Same as a body shop. Hammer, body tools, possibly a hydraulic jack but it is hard to know without seeing the damage. You could also make it worse. Not doubting your metal working skills but I really don't know you body work skills. Roger
