I just purchased a 2005 mower (over the internet). When I received it, it looks as though the fellow who sold it to me bought it at auction, pressure cleaned it, put a new battery on it and off it went on the selling block. The hydraulic deck motor on the left front is running slow and stops running with the slightest amount of grass that I have tried to mow.

Is there someone here who has experience with this type of machine?

Thanks,

Andy

Sorry, Andy

Not familiar with that brand. However, hydraulic motors in general are very durable and typically don't require constant maintenance. It may be an internal filter cleaning, if so equipped, or external hydraulic filter replacement and fluid change is all that's required.

This, and a quick check of hoses and fittings, is where I would focus my attention to resolve the problem.
