i have a 1320 hydro with a bad with a bad rear end, and a 1020 with a bad motor. can anyone tell me if i can but the 1020 rear end in the 1320? looks like it will bolt up , just curious if it will strain the hydro putting it in a slightly larger tractor.thanks for any help.:help:

I looked at the Cub site and as far as I can tell both trans units are the same. You could verify after you get them out and side by side, but they carried the same part assy number.

Are you sure that the trans in the 1320 is definitely bad? Not a slipping belt or adjustment is there?

thanks i tried the adjustments before i switched, they are the same by the way. it wouldn't back up a slight hill, i checked the fluid,belt tension, ect. now it works ok. may open up the other transmission to see whats going on in there. thanks again
