Hi,

I am about to purchase a used Honda HR215 HX with the Hydrostatic drive. It is about 10 years old, in very good condition by the pics.
The seller is quite a drive away from me so I am going by pictures at the moment.
I am wanting to know if this model came with an aluminum deck? A search has not found the answer.

Any help appreciated!

You could take a look on the Honda Power Equipment site, and check the list of owner's manuals they offer. Besides the manuals, which you can download for free, there are also photos of each model. Looks like the HR215 HXA was aluminum.

I have an HR 215 and it has what appears to be a cast aluminum deck.
