I own a 2004 JD L130 which lately has been just a PIA . Just rebuild the carb and then it wasn't getting gas. Seems as though the mice liked the fuel line. Replaced that, then the fuel solenoid wasn't working. Took that out and cleaned it and worked with it for a few minutes so it seems to work for now. Put it all back together for the 10 millionth time and now it turns over but doesn't start... again. Noticed one of the spark plug wires arcing on the engine block. Now I need to figure out how to fix that. I can't seem to find anywhere that I can buy the wire only. Sigh. I hate paying a service to come out and mow. Wonder if I can just put some electrical tape on that wire...

Welcome! You can't replace that mag wire separately. You need to replace whole magneto if you want it fixed right. Electrical tape and a reroute if hitting is good enough for now!

Welcome, yes tape and a piece of split fuel line over the wire to keep it from rubbing.
