To be safe I would probably look up the alternator used on your specific engine by it's model number or the tractor model number. They aren't all the same output.
the model# for my sears is 917.25180, i think if i can use the existing line for the electric 3 pt and modify it i might be able to pass but i dont know how small the motor has top be and if i can run it with lights
Here's a wiring diagram of a tractor that appears very similar to yours except 18 hp but uses the same 7753r regulator with 30 amp fuse to the lift motor.
Appears Onans commonly used a 15 amp alternator.
Here's a list of Onan Service and parts manuals. You might be able to match up the numbers on your engine model/serial plate to one of them to know for sure.
