new to the forum, new to Gravely really. I just picked up a 8162 T and now for some reason it wont move and the PTO wont engage. has a Kohler magnum 16 engine runs strong. If I lift the rear cover( engine off) with the trans in neutral, i can spin the fwd and rvs ( i guess you call it flywheel) with no issue. If i put it in gear ( engine off) it wants to move the whole tractor ( like it should). but when i start the engine the (fly wheels if you will don't move under engine power) in neutral or in gear. The PTO wont engage either. Is there something i am missing? if my neutral safety switch is messed up could it cause this issue? or is something else more serious wrong. any help would be greatly appreciated.
