Looking at a parts diagram of it, it does not look hopeful.

Might have to pull the motor off and see if it will turn then. Might also try tapping on the motor while electric is applied. If your lucky the tapping might un-stick an internal brush or bearing and get it running. Looks like they are about $200 to replace.
