I would check the blades and make sure the left one isn't bent, or that the spindle isn't bent. Does the deck seem level and straight? How about built up grass or debris under the deck?
There has to be something under the deck interfering with the normal cutting action and pulling the grass up. Do you for sure have the blades on in the right direction?
