Found a listing for a non-running LB today and they said to come and get it out of their driveway for free. I was assuming it was going to another 80's LB that was pretty much shot. Not quite....

In the email exchange with the CL poster they stated it didn't start anymore and they didn't want it. I threw it into my trunk and took it home. It fired up on the 2nd pull so I decided to mow my lawn with it. No issues at all other than the bolts on the handle don't seem to get quite tight enough. I swapped out the discharge plate for a mulch plate and had no issues at all in my lawn.

So now what model is this? I didn't see any name plates anywhere on it. Would this be a 10515?

So far the only thing I can tell it needs will be a new staggered wheel. It works, but it is very wobbly. Going to clean it up this weekend, replace the sparkplug, sharpen the blade, wash it, and clean the air filter.

Found the label and it is a 10515. The staggered wheel appears to either be the wrong wheel or the wrong shoulder bolt. Haven't researched that one yet. I snapped the two screws off that hold the drive belt cover on while trying to clean. Guessing I will need to drill and tap those out now as well. Minor issues so far for a free mower that is in decent shape.

Great find! Nothing like a free LB!
