-So we just got our first ever New lawnmower, and zero turn at the same time a month ago. So my son is cutting the grass, which is unfamiliar, but it's a ZTR so he'll do it. Not familiar with the yard, hits a stump. The blade isn't bent. But now it's hitting the backside of the deck from about 9 to 12 o'clock at the discharge outlet. Never worked on one of these, or really know what to do about it. Not warranty, so where should I go or do about it? Oh, it's a Z254F with a Kawasaki engine.

Likely that the spindle or the spindle mounting points are bent a bit, hopefully the latter. You should be able to bend the spindle back into the correct orientation with a very large wrench or pliers. Bend it away from where it's making contact.
