I've watched Youtube videos on valve adjustments for 14.5 B&S. I'm confused. Some say the exh valve is on top; some say on the bottom. Which is correct?

as you face the head, valve cover removed, the springs are on the left, push rods on the right. The exhaust valve and rocker are on the top.
