Wondering where the attachment points are for both cables.

The owners manual shows one running to the rear drive and one cable to the right front corner under the engine cover.

Hoping someone can provide insight on where the attachments point are for both cables.

Are you sure that's the right part number? I can't find any parts breakdown for it.
anywho, I am going to take a shot at that it is a self propelled, walk behind mower. If that is the case, the one cable going to the engine, would be the bail bar brake cable and clips into a braket and then is attached to the lever under the shroud that pulls the brake pad off the flywheel.
The other cable that goes to the rear drive, usually goes through the deck and clips into a bracket and then attaches to the transmission housing. It pivots the transmission and creates slack in the belt to disengage the wheel drive.

The first one shows a typical control lever / engine brake cable. The next shows a typical rear wheel drive control cable. And the last has a brief glimpse of the rear wheel control attachment point at about the 1:00 minute mark.
