Hi,
I have an old, 2 cycle RYOBI_MODEL_410R_CULTIVATOR. This hasn't been used for several years so I removed the carb, cleaned it and got it running, very rough though...
Since it was running rough and knowing the carb has been neglected for several years, I order a whole new carb. I installed the new carb and it ran a little better, however, it wouldn't idle most of the time. When I would try to start it, it would slobber fuel from the front of the carb (just like the old one did). This implies it's something else besides the carb.

I believe there are reeds... Could those be leaking and cause fuel to come out the front of the carb?

Thanks-
