I had the case open, could see no wear marks inside of bottom case. I replaced crank bearings and seals, after I assembled I discovered the flywheel was worn from resting on cooling fin& fin worn. No thrust washer & bearing,
What is allowing the crankshaft to drop enough to cause this problem? I should have looked first but everything looked good.
