Honda GCV Crankshaft damage

I'm replacing the crankshaft in a Honda GCV engine from a Craftsman mower I found in the garbage.

I noticed that the magneto main journal and crankshaft were scored. Can I install a new crankshft without issue?

Just looked and there seems to be a bushing in the block, if so then you can remove any ridges from the crank and reuse it but looks like you will have to replace the bushing.

Crankshaft for the GCV engines are fairly cheap for a crank. I'd replace it with a new crank and bushing

I don't think this engine has a bushing at this location. I could be overlooking something obvious... I can't see one on the block and the parts list doesn't have one.

from a ope shop tech, that block and crank are sadly now junk. there is NO insert bushing in the block to replace,it's cast and machined in place, the crank grooving makes it really now junk,
