Outdoor event

Finally, we moved to our new house 2 months before. I love the place as it is so calm unlike the cities and we have a nice backyard made with some of the best landscaping designs in Calgary. We are planning to host an outdoor reception in the coming week. I saw a blog which gave several tips regarding the furnishing, lighting, blooming, keeping the bugs away etc. [ 12 Ways To Make Your Yard More Inviting For Guests - Infinity Gardens ] . We would like to have an outdoor kitchen too. What are the precautions I must take on hosting such an event? It would be a great help if you share some more ideas on this.

Unless your under some sort of a heat dome weather phenomena up there in Canada this time of year, your probably not going to have a lot of bugs or blooming flowers to worry about with an outside gathering. I would probably be worrying more about keeping the guests warm and sheltered from cold rain or worse snow.

That's good if you are happy because you have moved on the place you loved. As far as the outdoor event is concern and you have also mentioned that you read some tips on blog as well. Then I think you should take a step and start your preparation because event management is really a tough job.
