And Yet Another Refugee from the SBF!

Hey All:

Just to show you how bad the weather has been here in Northern Ohio, lack-of-snow wise, I bought a Honda Harmony 215 (mzbb-6091227 sxa) last week for $5!
The blade clutch does not seem to fully engage when the blade engagement lever is put to the engage position.
Further, this was the model with the double blades and chute plug, but the chute plug is missing.
It also has the plastic deck and self-propelled. It is in decent shape, wear-wise.

I'd be very interested in any input others who have experience with this mower would have to say.
I thank you in advance.

Warmest Regards

Rooskie

$68 for the drive pulley for the blade clutch. The driven plate puts the total over $100!
That should fix the slow blade rpm.
I still need the bearing for the blade mount and either a bag or mulching plug!
The motor smokes momentarily on start-up, but just momentarily and does start easily.
I've never paid more than $25 for any mower ever!
But I see on CG a few folks are asking top dollar for these units in good condition...
So, please tell me:
Did I steal or was I robbed?
Thanks for your welcomes and opinions!

I was able to keep it under $100 with a new drive pulley, a bearing and a mulch plug.
Watch. It'll be the driven plate that's the problem.
I hope it's true what they say about Honda's 'high-resale value'.
