My toro zero turn mower

My husband manually took our toro zero turn mower out of gear to load it on a trailer. He hauled it to the destination and then unloaded it and then manually put it back in gear. Started it, engaged the blades yet it wouldn’t move forward or backwards, he repeated the process and still, no movement but everything else works just fine. Are we missing something??? I was just fine before this, new lagging, no slow moving, worked perfectly.

Welcome to the forum!

Sounds like maybe the bypass lever is not fully engaging the transmission. If that was the first time he moved the lever for awhile maybe some rust or dirt is limiting it's movement? What's the model number? With that maybe we can find a diagram that will show the linkage and give some clues to what might be going on.
