Toro Super Recycler Spring Arm

I bought a super recycler for $20 but need to replace the rear spring arm. I have the wheel off and the gear but can't get the spring arm off to replace it. Any tips? Thanks!

The service manual helps a little with telling me the parts but it doesn't show how to take it off at all.

Figured it out. The second clip ring was so encased with dirt and grime that I couldn't see it.
