The Water Pressure Very weak again!

I used it a half dozen times this summer and its back to very weak power! The engine seems to run steady and alternates to higher revs. when spraying however I maxed out unload-er adjustment on my pump, and not getting the high end feel at 3000 psi should be putting out!! Seems equal to a hose pressure.
I can put my hand if front of the water just inches even on high pressure
I already took the un-loader out and cleaned what I could very slow ( spring looks goo and intact) and little movement on the funnel type nose, not sure what else to look for?
I guess i need to break down the pump and find the problem?
Could there be corrosion in the pump itself. I think the pump was not used for a couple of years before i bought it.
Any information or other suggestions?
Craftsman 3000 2.7 max with a Honda OHC engine GVC190.

I believe the unloader is normally the reason for low pressure, but the link below lists numerous possibilities. If the unit was stored in freezing conditions and not winterized, the pump may have internal damage and a 3000 psi replacement is around $100.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Not a good idea at any time, the pump could surge and a burst of pressure could happen when least expecting it.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

THANKS! Problem Solved

OK So I took the lower half of the pump off after checking all standard check list! Screen filter, hose kinks, o-rings etc. I did noticed without serious consideration that one of the port machine screw was slightly loose. Meanwhile I checked everything else which looked good. So I re=assemble everything and BOOM full power once again! So that one bolt managed to shimmy itself loose!

PS Quickshot I am not going to put my hand in front of any spray that ever seems other than similarity to a garden hose spray. I was just giving everyone the proof that no pressure was close to 3000#!

Once Again No Power!

Well I spoke to soon. I used it last week for 2 1/2 hours, performed well. Then when I went to use it again while the engine was still warm and boom, NO High Pressure!
I was playing with the idle on the engine (since I heard the engine rev slightly when running correctly under high pressure) It seemed I was getting slight increase in water pressure, so I am wondering if this may be an engine related problem also?
Thanks again
