Originally I thought my husband would rebuild the mower but with all of his other hobbies and projects this one has not taken priority. I know how hard parts can be to find and I'm considering parting out the mower to help others make theirs a reality. I'm pretty sure other than maybe a general carb. cleaning the one engine was running fine when we put it away, seems it's blades were off kilter. email or post if you're interested in some or all of this. We can talk about it.

This is my 1990 Snapper repowered with a 6hp OHV Tecumseh. What made it so tough was the unavailability of the blade clutch which took years to find. (Pete's Small Engine)
