push mower

i recently picked up an old push mower that was out for garbage pickup...the only info on the mower was turflite 18...looks like a 3 hp briggs...of course just an 18 inch cut...it does start and it's not in bad shape...any idea who made this mower ?...my guess would be like a big box store sort of a mower...

If its TruFlite it was made by/for True Value Hardware. Roger

Name looks to be used only during the 1980's by MTD.

Edit: Also looks like Huffy used the name back in the 1950's.

thanks for the info guys...i double checked the name and yeah it is turflite....had me wondering if i had the name right..these old eyes arent what they used to be
