Well it is supposed to snow tonight so I might not be mowing for a while.

We only had some flurries here. I watched it on radar skirt to our South. Once in awhile we get an inch or so in April. So it would not surprise me to get a couple more light rounds in here yet of the white stuff. On the plus side it don't hang around for more then a day or two. No more shoveling needed!

We had a light dusting of snow two mornings last week, but I think spring is here to stay now...finally. We had a nice warm period over a few days about a week and a half ago and I took my tractor out for a drive, but it will be a week or two before the lawn needs to be mowed.

Not mowing yet in St. Louis area, but we are doing spring cleanup and starting to fertilize. Kubota ZD-221 is serviced, washed, waxed, and got some minor repaint over winter.

Normally for me it's a good two months away yet. But I don't know what to make of this year yet. We've had a covering of snow come in April before. I hate to think of winter hanging around late since it has been mild. But also worry if it continues being mild right into Spring we are going to have more severe storms then we normally get with the change of seasons.

It's that nagging feeling of when the other shoe will drop that keeps bugging me.

Yup,

We're still a good three months away from any mowing. No sunshine or any kind of warmth in sight here yet!

They say we could see some snow on Sunday.

Its been a mild winter this year. I guess this mowing season will start a month after last years. Its just to wet right now. Can't even get into the garden with the rear tine tiller.
