Ditto! It's kind of funny really. Those old engines with pedal and lever start, also we had the hand crank and later spring wound crank and finally electric start on the small engines. Then come the present day and how do we start most small engines? Retractable pull rope.

Maybe now is a good time for me to patent a simple non electric pedal start lawnmower.

To start off, where abouts are you located? I would suggest putting it for sale on Craigslist and also in the classified sections on lawnmower forums such as this with all the info and photos if you can.
