Default spark issues, model 10685

I'm having spark problems. One of my concerns is is the magnetic safety switch that rear bagger plate fits into. Is there a way to bypass this switch to see if module is defective? Also, it may be ignition coil. I tested with spark inline tester, so I know it is not a fuel issue. Also, the carb was recently cleaned by shop. This has the 6.5 Tecumseh engine. Insight model. Thanks.

I believe this forum as with all mower, tractor and engine forums it is againt the rules to tell someone how to disable safety devices. The liability is a serious issue. Roger

You should be able to test it without by-passing it.

See if you can find instructions on how to do so in here somewhere.
